Despite identifying as male at the time, hospital staff repeatedly misgendered him, calling him \u201cmom\u201d and ignoring his gender identity marked on medical forms.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"426\" data-end=\"650\">Kaspar-Williams began his transition in 2014 and had top surgery but chose not to undergo other procedures.
