He did a very niche job. It was electrical engineering but in a very niche department. Maybe 7 people in Europe have the knowledge this guy has.<\/p>\n<p>Management put some Al tool together and hired a developer for about 1\/3 of the wages and let him go. Long story short, the Al tool did not work.
