The tragedy occurred on March 16, 1991, after a performance in San Diego. Reba, her then-husband Narvel Blackstock, and her stylist stayed behind while the others boarded a flight to Fort Wayne, Indiana. She vividly remembered Narvel \u201ctraversed from one room to another, clutching a phone, desperately seeking answers.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Reba found solace in the support of friends like Vince Gill and Dolly Parton, who offered their bands to complete her tour. Instead, she focused on healing and created the album \u201cFor My Broken Heart\u201d in memory of her lost bandmates.
