Prince William and Prince Harry were once very close, not just as brothers but as friends. However, Harry\u2019s marriage to Meghan Markle strained their bond, which many thought was unbreakable.<\/p>\n

According to the book *Finding Freedom*, Meghan and Kate Middleton didn\u2019t get along. Writers Omid Scobie and Carolyn Durand said, \u201cMeghan would agree with the assessment that the duchesses were not the best of friends,\u201d adding that Kate wasn\u2019t very hospitable when Meghan joined the family. Meghan hoped Kate would have supported her more, especially during tough times with the press.<\/p>\n

Despite the tension between Meghan and Kate, Harry and Kate shared a close relationship. Kate had a nickname from Harry, \u201cCath,\u201d showing their bond. Kate once said, \u201cWe did become very close friends from quite early on.\u201d<\/p>\n
