\u201cMy brother David, sister Nicholle, and only child Michael held my mother\u2019s hand, kissed her face, and muttered \u2018I love you\u2019 as she passed away,\u201d Heather wrote. She called her mother her \u201cmost significant influence\u201d and \u201cbiggest supporter.\u201d<\/p>\n

Marie, who was a single mother, played a crucial role in helping Heather move her family to Los Angeles. Heather fondly remembered her mother\u2019s love for Mexican food, margaritas, Elvis Presley, and toy poodles.<\/p>\n

\u201cEvery day I will miss her, but because my son\u2019s eyes are hers, I will see her there every time I look into them,\u201d Heather added.<\/p>\n
